Denver Media Group Holiday hours 2019
It’s that time of year again when we start seeing wreaths, Christmas lights and other beautifully decorated buildings in areas around town. Each year during the various holiday seasons we extend to you and yours a very warm Happy Holidays!
Family is very important to us, thus why we’ve coined our own family name the “Monstrous Family,” which is why we’ll be taking time away from our office to hang out and spend time with our friends, family and crazy uncles.
Our management office, development teams and marketing experts will be on Christmas vacation beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 23. We will have limited support available throughout the week, with our entire team returning on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2020.
All client development and marketing tasks not assigned prior to 10:00 a.m. CST, Monday Dec., 23rd will be scheduled in the order they are received following our holiday break.
Client Support
Existing customers who have a MES agreement and are in need of support during our holiday break can submit a support ticket to our helpdesk by emailing our support address provided to you in your support package. Our on-call support team will assist you in the order the inquiry is received.
